We conduct comprehensive river cleanups using boats and nets to remove debris from the water, alongside regular litter picks along the riverbanks. These efforts not only improve the aesthetics of the area but also significantly reduce pollution levels, making the River Severn a cleaner and more beautiful place.

Our efforts will continue over the next 16 months, with regular volunteer sessions focused on litter picking along the river’s paths and banks. We also plan to introduce new boat excursions specifically designed to tackle water pollution by removing debris and rubbish accumulated over years of flooding and human activity.
